3 possible things
1- Your System Agent isn't setup properly.
2- Your Appservers are not all running
3- The report you submitted has no data
Fixes:
1 - Check your systemtaskagent in Vantage,
Standard ports for the 2 server URLs are as follows:
Mfgsys803: 8301, 8303
MfgTest803: 8321, 8323
MfgTrain803: 8311, 8313
MfgPilot803: 8331, 8333
2- Check your appservers for each DB, right click and select status in the
Progress explorer tool
3- Try a different report that you know has data in it.
If none of these work, check the print queue in vantage, easiest way is to
double click on the blue globe down in the system tray of windows. It should
give you more info about the individual reports, and any errors that can
help
solve the problem.
Other possible problems could be a bad version of the crystal runtime, no
printer on the workstation.
I have a print setup document I can send you if you want to double check the
setup.

Ok, I have a stupid question. We are about to convert to Vantage 8.3 and it

been a long time since I have taken classes. When you ask for a print
preview
of a report, it says "Report Submitted for Previewing" in the bottom of the
screen. We are not sure if we have everything set up properly, but we don't
get
a preview screen. Can someone tell me what we are doing wrong?
