Have a new CSR who is having trouble printing. WE send our shipping tickets by printing a PDF and sending it to a shared folder with Shipping. And then we also print the order as well.
The issue is she is randomly being unable to do either of these from Epicor. And it is only affecting her. I’v logged in as me and it works fine. I’ll restart everything and it’ll work for a bit then randomly just stop. Any ideas?
You might want to make sure she is not accidentally viewing and then closing the System Monitor.
Sometimes users will view the system monitor to see the status of a print job and then close it (X) instead of minimize it (_). By closing the System Monitor tasks are not submitted to the System Monitor and will not be processed.
Logging out and back into Epicor will relaunch the System Monitor.
