Printing Documents from ECM

We have all of our Epicor file storage going into ECM. For auditing purposes, accounting needs to be able to download or print packing slip documents that were uploaded from Epicor. They have the ability to view the documents but not to print / download. Where is the security setting on that process?

Epicor Support is not being super helpful.

I believe you need the “Export” privilege at either the user or security group level.

They have the ability to with AP invoices. Is there something on the document type that I’m not finding?

On the Content Type builder, Advanced tab - or the Security Class editor - these are the only two places I know of.

I believe @MikeGross is correct. This option can be found in the Security Class for the respective Content Type for the documents you’re trying to print.

I can see both of those options, however it doesn’t appear that we have export / output enabled on anything yet accounting can export AP Invoices.

If I try to update it to include that option, it acts like it saves but when I return to check it, it’s not saved. Not sure I understand how they have access now…

There might be an active Admin level privileges allowing them to print. Those are different than standard level privileges.

This would be the case for my account. @Chris_Conn Pointed out what I was missing which is to click on the group that the user is under. However, it’s created security classes for every possible combination of folders so that is a rather lenghty list.
