Occasionally I see some odd behavior if a printer isn't installed on a Windows system?
Otherwise some functions aren't available for runtime dashboards.
For those you just have to deploy the dashboard as an "assembly".
Other things print and preview OK? Like Word, Excel, etc… I’ve seen print functions in other applications become unavailable if the spool service is off or there is no default printer set so it does not know how to render a preview. Another issue is if your default printer is off-line or not an appropriate printer (like maybe a label printer). Preview and print assume the default printer so might not let you get to where you cn select another.

We are running Epicor 9.05.702A. Do you have to do anything special when creating dashboard to allow printing. None of mine work.
Thanks
