I take it this is a report builder report?
I have see problems like this
If the reprot was built in RB, it defaults to whatever printer is in
that report!

The individual in Acct ran a report in Vantage, and previewed it... and then
changed the printer to print on the Main Laser. Then, she changed it back
to her printer. But, when she is doing her shipments, the Preview or Print
Screen comes up and she must change the printer each and every time to her
printer. I checked the default and it is set to her printer by her desk. I
turn the PC off and back on. He continues to show that her printer is the
default printer---but when she generates any Vantage Report---the print
screen comes up with the Main Printer showing and she must change it. Any
idea why it does this?
