My company has implemented Epicor's maintenance module and retired the former CMMS.  Epicor's module is not as robust as a CMMS, but there are advantages: production / maintenance scheduling integration, on hand parts status, and integration with purchasing.


We did need to add customizations, BPMs, and dashboards to add functionality typically found with a CMMS.  With our additions, we have most of the critical functionality of a CMMS without having to maintain a separate software package.

Looking for guidance in a Preventative Maintenance software that works with Epicor. We are looking at Epicor's module but would like to see what others are using.
