Hi all! I have management asking me if it is possible to find out which user created a specific part number. Does this sort of log exist somewhere within Epicor, or is it more likely to be a cryptic text file on the server somewhere? Any assistance is appreciated! Version 10.2.100.32.

In later versions a created by field was added, but if your version of 10.0 is correct then a change log or a a bpm that set it in a ud field would have to be in place to know that.
When you say change log, you mean something maintained outside of the system? I don’t think we have any BPMs that would address this unfortunately. Thanks for the reply!
Change logs are a standard part of Epicor. Get the ICE tools guide and you can set them up. Just don’t log everything or you can slow the system.
