Possible Bug V6.10.533

I actually saw this problem occur before, only occasionally and only on
night shift when it spanned midnight. I haven't seen it in a long time,
though, so I am really no help at all, because it was very infrequent I
didn't really investigate it, and I haven't seen it in a long time.
My production people have notified me that they noticed something
strange with an individuals Labor Time.

It appears that the amount of labor time was cut in half. They would
be punched into a job from 2 to 6 for example and only show 2 hours
of labor.

I did some checking and found that it has happened sporadically for
as far back as I checked, which was 1/1/05. I have not identified a
pattern other than it seemed to happen mostly on 3rd shift.

I know the individuals I've checked into were not working on 2 jobs
simultaneously which would've made sense. I looked at the jobs they
were working on and nothing seemed out of the ordinary.

Can anyone else explain why this may be occurring or is it a bug?
Can someone else check their data to see if labor time is being cut
in half for no apparent reason? I'm going to be calling support
about this, but of course I wanted to ask the real world experts
first.

Thanks,

Have you verified your Shift settings ? and the shifts that Employees

Check how they set up the labor on the operations they clocked onto.
Sometimes this can affect as well.

Our production people do not have unpaid breaks so there shouldn't be
anything affecting their time that I'm aware of.

I thought ablut that and looked at the one recent example and
everything appeared normal.

This problem of dividing time has even happened when someone is
punched into indirect, so I don't think it is job related.
