Positive Pay for Cloud Users

Good afternoon,
We would like to try out the positive pay report. We are cloud DT. Where do I go to see the Electronic Interface Program *.cs files? How do I edit them and get them back up to the server?

Hi Nate,
You put in a case in EpicCare and include the file. You’ll need to tell them the company code that this applies to as well as which environment. When you select the electronic interface in the front-end, you should select Company Specific and then should see your files.

The directory they put the files in should look like this:

F:\Inetpub\SaaSxxxx\Server\Companies\COMPANYCODE\PositivePay

Substituting the SaaSxxxx for your server and COMPANYCODE for your company code. Include this in the case just to make sure they put it in the right place!!

Well, you can request that they send it to you. Again, be very specific on which files you want! :blush:

Hopefully we don’t need to change nay of the cs files. The reply I got back from Epicor support says that they will not work with customers to update the file. Only an “authorized consultant” can request the change from Epicor support. :roll_eyes:

Ah, yes, they are very picky about the electronic interface files. Well, if you need help, let me know. We are an authorized consultant!

Add your comments to Epicor Idea 139 . Consultants and on-prem/cloud users should all have access to Dev systems to do this kind of work. It seems very inefficient for the cloud team to do this menial manual work. Let automation remove the drudgery and let them review the code for compliance reasons and not business or syntax errors.
