POD attachments not able to view or download

Hi - not getting very far with support and would just love a yes or no answer if it is actually working …
We are on the latest version 2024.2.7 in the cloud and use EKW - stores personnel save POD signatures and for quality purposes are now saving photos via the app - both are saving fine to our cloud drive ie: C:\epi\fs\live which translates to Y:\Live\Pharma\ShipHead on our windows explorer drive (once the powershell script is run) but for users who don’t have access to this drive I want them to be able to view or download the attachments directly from customer shipment tracker but currently getting this error which I think from other posts might mean they haven’t got the edge agent side working yet?? . If the files are saving correctly and we can open them up from the cloud drive how does the attachment link do the same?.. If anyone knows the answer it would be greatly appreciated Thanks

I always thought they have to have at lest read permission to the shared location to view attachments. Unless I am misunderstanding your comment.

Thanks - yes I have read/write permission to the folder where the attachments are sitting

The Edge agent is looking at the clients C drive, this is why it is erroring, so unless they have access to the y:\ it won’t work from customer shipment tracker.

The only other way I can think would be to be using a UNC as the Base URI for the Attachment Type. However this may not be an option in cloud.

Do you even have access to this in cloud?

I am not fully conversant with how Epicor configure cloud environments for attachments, so someone please chime in if they know.

If you are struggling with support then escalate it.

Sorry it is not a straight yes and no answer.

thanks - yes will be something to do with cloud setup and access to the cloud drive which I am getting the feeling is not set up in the current version. Case has been escalated too so will update if I do get an answer.

In the meantime users will need to be given access to the cloud drive

Just an update to this it turns out that the issue lies with Bscit and the EKW app so all other attachments work fine in the cloud but not the ones from the app. Case now with biscit - will update once it is sorted. Thanks

Final update after a meeting with Biscit - as like with bartender the base url for the cloud drive / folder needs to be specified as so that the POD documents can be viewed or downloaded.
