what are the table names that store all the PO suggestions data?

You can determine the table and field for most anything that appears in the UI. Just select Help -> Field Help, from the menu bar.
Chose Technical Details in the Field help pane, then chose a UI field (but clicking on it).

SugPoDtl is one, I also see SugPOMsc. Have a look at the data dictionary to find out more about tables.
