Hi Guys, really odd one this (but could be fairly simple).
So when we enter a specific Part Number into our PO line and hit tab, Epicor is automatically changing that Part number to another part. So I therefore assumed, ‘oh there must be some connection with Internal Part Cross referencing thats happening’. But have not found any evidence that that is the case. It is specific to one part number. I 've run a trace over whats happening and there is not substitute parts so its not that. No customizations or BPMs are running to change the part. So something else must be set up, but I can’t see the wood for the trees on this one. Any tips?
