Up until this morning we have been printing/preview POs fine. Then all of a sudden they seem to be hanging. No changes have been made and all other forms like job traveler/invoices/ cycle counts etc etc seem to be fine and printing/ previewing so not sure its a task agent issue.
Tried restarting task agent regardless- no joy , recycling application pool - no joy, server reboot - no joy
The server logs as a generic Server Error 500.
Anyone else ever had that issue? Kinetic 2023.11.1
Any tips or areas of focus I should be looking. I’ve raised a ticket with our overlords but just thought I’d fire a request out here
