Yes, you can assign PO limits under the buyer set-up in purchase
Management. You then assign an "approver" who will have to approve any
PO over the buyer's assigned limit.

Subject: [Vantage] PO approval process on version 6.1
Does anybody know if Vantage has a PO approval process. We would like to
have a PO go through an approval process if it is greater than a certain
amount. If a buyer enters a PO and it is greater than a certain amount,
I would like vantage to prevent that from happening until it's sign off
buy management. Is this possible in vantage?
Thanks,
Jasper
