I had tried that, but did not try long enough to find the right spot.
Actually I did resolve this yesterday by simply going in menu security
and removing the data collection user from having access to Kanban
receipts in Production Management > Job Management > General Operations.
Kanban receipts still shows up, but it is grayed out and not accessible.
However, thanks for the tip. I will use it for other items, I'm sure.

Jim,
You can reduce it to a tiny dot and then hide it behind another button.
First find the buttons that are naturally above it by moving it around
the
screen full size and watch the buttons it slides behind and then reduce
the
size and stick it behind one of the buttons that is in a layer in front
of
it. I have had to use this trick in the past for the exit and help
buttons.
