Planned MRP jobs without start date or due date

There is one other way I've run into this in V8.
In Company Setup I had to check "Global Reschedule Started Operations".
For some reason operations get flagged as started sometimes.

Upper level requirement triggering the job may be undated OR a resource attempted to be scheduled is InActive. Likely more but those are the most common reasons I've seen.

Oneway this can happen is the mom contains a purchased part and that part does not have a supplier in the partplant screen.

Or it could be an InActive Part. If you try to manually schedule through Job Entry is usually gives you a reason
