Pictures attached to DocStar forms are are enormous and cannot be zoomed out

Hello all,

The pictures that users are attaching to the forms in our DocStar workflow are displayed zoomed in when you try to view them. These are iPhone or newer Android phone pictures, so they can be resolutions as high as 3024x4032. I know these are large, but there should be an auto-fit, or at the very least let me zoom out of the picture. I can only use the scroll bars. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. I have tried the Fit: Height & Width options, as well as setting the Document Zoom Level already with no luck.

I’ve not played with pictures taken from phones yet, but I would think a solution would be to adjust the default size of the picture being taken back down to something more useable.
