Phantom BOM Question

Not sure if this answers your question. Most of our BOMs can be 6 or 7
levels deep. We record production at the final level and back-flush all
of our parts for the entire process at that time. All of the lower
level subassemblies are built as a phantom BOM. All of our child parts
listed under the phantom BOMs pull through when production is recorded
at the final step.

We are on 8.0.811B.

Hi All,

We are currently running Vantage 803.406A and use the kanban receipts process to build our final serialized products into inventory. Our BOM's do include phantom subassemblies. However, the question came up asking if it was possible to have a phantom within a phantom and still have parts backflush properly when a kanban receipt is done. Has anyone done this or know if this is even possible?

Thanks,
