PET will not run

Never mind. I was playing around with Software Restrictions in Group Policy
and I accidently turned it on for the Vantage Server. The policy was
stopping the PET to run.

The AdminService is running.

Anyone run into this before. I double-click the icon and nothing
happens. I was using it earlier this week without an issue.
