Personlization issue order entry

When doing a personalization on order entry or order tracker in the browser we are getting a white slide out and the whole screen is locked up. The only method i have seen to fix the locked-up screen is to refresh the browser. when i run developer tools i get this message after clicking on personalize. This is happening on all users. We have not tried using the base layer to see what is messed up with our custom layer that is next.

Try deleting the browser cache (history) for about 7 days or so. We had this issue with various users after the last update and clearing the browser history (forcing the browser to re-cache the pages) seemed to fix the problem.
