Performance and Diagnostic Tool

I’m trying to launch the Performance and Diagnostic Tool for Epicor 10.1.600.15 and it crashes.

I get the “Performance and Diagnostic Tool.exe has stopped working” box and the following:

Never mind clearing the C:\ProgramData\Epicor did it.
