Payroll with ADP

For what's it worth... We have 250+ employees and are running
Vantage payroll and are pretty happy with it.

I know there are many Vantage user who use ADP Payroll. Since going on

our payroll data. We are finally ready to look at using vantage to collect
our payroll data. We would also like to switch to ADP as we are not happy

(1) If we outsource payroll to ADP from Vantage do we need any additional
