If I recall correctly, in 8.03.409C, someone who is a payroll manager can go
into Payroll, Setup, Payroll manager, choose a user and click the box for
payroll manager.

I am new to security in Vantage and want to know what is the process to set
someone up as a "Payroll manager". Even though I am a security manager, I
cannot put a "tick mark" in the Payroll Manager checkbox for someone. I had
our CFO (who currently "is" a Payroll manager and Security Manager try it
and it wouldn't let her either. What exactly is the process? Thanks in
advance.
