Hi Epicor community,
Are you aware of any integration for online payment that can replace some of the manual work and save time of processing?
I am specifically talking about platforms similar to Stripe.
Let’s say we want to push all orders below $10k to be paid manually by customer on a webpage. Is that feasible and even something you would recommend? Are there any downsides to it?

We use eBizCharge. Has a lot of great features like Stripe. We use the send payment link feature all the time.

Agree, I don’t think there is a better solution than ebizcharge. The only problem is they haven’t migrated to kinetic yet, so we are stuck using the classic screens where their customization layers are needed, and we forgo some of the ebizcharge functionality where we are using the kinetic screens. Hopefully they will get it together soon.
Their lead Epicor developer indicated they were working on it when I asked recently. We’ve got a lot of other customizations that require the classic screens. So not a big rush for us to move.
I’ve been hearing that for 6 months First it was supposed t be by the end of the year, now its . . . undetermined.

Same here. They respond at least, and the product hasn’t given us any trouble.
I’ll toss in another vote for eBizCharge / CBS. They’ll make it happen… Unfortunately, getting it to work with a browser based system is pretty damn challenging with the DLL’s. They’ll figure it out, especially now since new Epicor customers start on the Kinetic UI by default.
