I had one RMA Credit that did not print amounts except for the credit for
Freight charges. In Invoice Entry, I typed in the Credit Memo number and
printed it again using the printer icon to the right of the invoice number.
It printed fine.
The ADJ-CST glitch is generated with a receipt from manufacturing that had
material sub costs that added up to an amount greater than the material
cost. SCR 3438 is the fix number but nobody will give us a release date .
Look for large adjustments posted to your Inventory Adjustments account. We
had a 13,000 adjustment posted in December, 9,000 in January, and 16,000 in
March. The other side of the entry is to Finished Goods, which throws the
Finished Goods report out of balance with the General Ledger. The entry to
make the report agree with the GL takes care of most of the problem, but not
all. Supports solution was to make a journal entry to reverse the
adjustment. I told them that our Finished Goods report would never agree
with the GL again. They agreed but had no other solution. The fix will not
correct the past adjustments; only prevent it from happening in the future.
