PartBinInfo is intended to provide the data needed for permanent bin level kan-bans (as opposed to warehouse kanbans with only a primary bin specified).
As a side benefit, it also allows you to set up permanent relation ship between parts & whse/bins. When I say permanent, I mean the record will continue to exist when o/h qty in that whse bin reaches zero.
This is NOT true of PartBin. When o/h reaches zero for a PartBin, the record is removed until it is recreated again (by a receipt, transfer or adjustment transaction - a Parttrans record) that results in a non-zero (positive or negative) qty once again existing in the partbin.

The option to use the PartBinInfo, would this add it to the PartBinInfo table in the database? I'm not sure what the differences between the PartBin and PartBinInfo tables are. The data dictionary says the partbininfo is an extention of the partbin, and stores information specific to KanBan (not sure what that is).
