Have a part that is always coming up for reorder. It is a raw material we use and used to distributed to every dept. Now, we hold it all in one department. However, in Epicor, it shows two warehouses, one showing zero, the other showing the inventory amount. Would this one for zero be what is causing the issues? Since this warehouse was once used and is referenced in Inventory, ti can not be deleted, correct? If not, then how can you keep Epicor from making suggestions on parts like this?
Showing a zero QOH usually indicates that there are offsetting qty’s in bins. Like Bin A has 10, and Bin B has negative 10. The QOH at that site is zero.
Depending on where you are looking, when a part truly has no QOH, it doesn’t show.
Use the Part Tracker and go to the On Hand -> Bins tab, and click Retrieve.
For example, Part HW-0049 is enabled in 6 plants, but only one has any QOH:
Edit
And this part Appears to be in site HOUSTON, but actually has a zero QOH

Let me check on this. May be a day or so as my boss has me working something else currently. But will be revisiting shortly.
