I have apart that shows a qty in Part Trans and on the stock status report, but noting shows up in the bin. Job Manager shows Zero for all Qty’s in every bin.
Occasionally, things get out of sync. There are 3 “Refresh” screens for re-evaluating when you think things are out of sync (the one you probably need in this case is "Refresh Partbin QOH from PartTran). Add the part to the filter, and run report only and it will tell you if the system will make a correction. It lines up with what you expect, run report and update
When I ran Refresh for Part Qty and Allocations, nothing. I ran it for the QOH for Part Tran and part tran is still showing a qty, but nothing for the bins.
I need to see more stuff. Screen shot of part tran? Can you screen shot the bins in part tracker so we can see that?
Check for future-dated transactions also. PTHT cuts off as of today, but I’ve seen transactions that were centuries in the future.
How do I change the date so it can be processed now?
Support has sent me a fix in the past.
Is it possible to undo the tran on the future date?
Unless it’s changed, I am guessing no. I remember arguing about this before.
