Part Maintenance limitations

We are now 18 months or so into using Epicor. I want to start adding more product drawings and images (in Attribute tab) on our parts. However, I wanted to open these tasks to a few more people besides the three of us that have the ability to CREATE a new part. Is there a way to enable just those aspects of a part to others WITHOUT giving the ability to create or modify other part numbers.

Also, while thinking about this, I thought when we were doing our implementation that I recall being able to add a cut sheet and send that via email to a customer or even the product image. Was I just hallucinating?

You could customize the Part Entry screen to only have the things you wish to allow the user to do and set BPM rules to prevent the user from doing something they shouldn’t (like delete?).
As for a cut sheet, do you mean an attachment to the Part record that you could send to a customer?

Try an updatable dashboard. This will help to filter parts based on a given condition and enable the fields which are to be updated.

Yes, an attachment on the Part record that would be able to be sent. I also thought you could send the Part image that was stored in the Attribute tab on the part as well.

Like @Jason_Woods said, you could customize Part entry, but you could also customize Part Tracker and add an attachments tab. Six of one or half-a-dozen of the other in terms of level of effort.
