Dear Experts, We have created one Part (D Cylinder Refill LPG Bulk 350 Ltrs) as Sales Kit.
We have created some new Customers in E10. While creating Sales Order for these customers Sales Kit components are not coming. But for old customers it is displaying.
Please suggest how to resolve this issue.
Whether kit components show on customer docs, is on a part & site basis. Meaning that it has to be enabled for each site that, of the parent (Sales Kit) part.
Iām unaware of customer specif settings related to sales kits.
Part is already enabled for each site.
And the Print Compnents setting on the Sales Kits sheet of each site?
The following shows that the Sales Kit settings are site specific for the SK part:
