Does anyone have a BPM available to set up Part level inspection required rather than having it on Part Class?

I read on a different group that if you set up the inspection plan on a part that it is supposed to handle it at the part level. I never tried though. If you look at the Part table there is a field in there just like the one on part class… RcvInspectionReq.

We have one. It was done several years ago, so I am not sure about the Part recvinspreq field that Dan R. refers to. We use a UD checkbox on the Part and on PO update preprocessing do an update by query. It’s worked fine, and I haven’t looked at it in years. There could be faster methods, but this has worked without complaint.
