Yeap, inspection processing was the problem.
Now it works with the receipts being confirmed by inspection.

Hi,
I am trying to add a Part in the system and when I check "Track Lots" I get the following error:
Track Lots cannot be turned ON because there are pending Receipts for this part.
I have checked and the receipts for this part are "received complete", so I have no idea why I am getting this error.
How do I trace the "other" pending receipts for this part? I am using Vantage 8.03.407A

Have you already clicked the error details button - in case there is more error text.
and checked the Time Phase, ATP?...SO, PO, TO, Job receipt?
Otherwise I haven't seen this specific error before.
I do remember getting one when I had a quantity on hand.

I don’t have V8, but how about Inspection Processing as well, in addition to the below.
