PArt being phased out

While entering a line item on a sales order, we got a message saying, “Part XYZ is being phased out. Good only while supplies last. Continue?”

I have never seen this message before, and we are not intentionally phasing out parts. I wasn’t able to find anything in the Part Maintenance or Method that indicates an end date for a Revision.

Did you check under Qualified Manufacturers? I thought there was a way to phase parts our that way. So Run out was not checked on the part?

Check the part, the RUN OUT check box is clicked.
