We have been using Epicor’s Part Advisor, Profitability page to show cost of manufactured parts. We can’t seem to figure out why some show up at 100% profitability. There is no value showing for any costs regarding to labor or materials of any kind. If I look at the job detail report, it seems that all relevant information is listed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you run Capture COS/WIP Activity? I don’t think the cost will be finalized until the job is closed and COS has been posted.

Thanks for that information. We typically run COS/WIP once a month just before we run our month end. These jobs are all closed so I don’t think that is the problem. We have built these parts 4 times this year with no information. This specific part I’m working with has information provided for all runs until this year. I have tried to find the link to why this year would be different than other years but I’m not seeing it.
Any other ideas?
did you ever find out what the issue is? We have the same problem.
