Packslip Returning material

Has anyone ever had an issue with a packslip being reopened so as to forward the ship date and then subsequently the reverse STK-CUS transaction doesn’t take place until that forwarded ship date?

My issue is now, is that we want to cancel that shipment. We are down on inventory for that item as the material was not pulled back into stock on the day the packslip was changed. the stock will not be ‘righted’ until we pass that changed date. (in this particular case end of January) :face_vomiting:

Have you taken the lines off the pack slip?

unfortunately I’ve tried deleting the packline and the packslip and it hasn’t made any difference.
Those transactions are still there.
