I understand that it allows you to update the Setup & Production Rates on a Job and future labor transaction would use the updated rates. Wonder if there is a way to update the Job Assembly Costs shown on the Job Tracker > Job Details > Assemblies > Costs ?
I know Epicor has a conversion program 620 CVJC0012 - Job Assembly Cost Roll-up that recalculates the cost BUT this runs for all open jobs…there is not way to run it for a single job.
I believe I answered my own question
The Estimated Labor Cost on Job Tracker > Job Details > Assemblies > Costs was updated with the Overridden Labor Rate.
I did not have any Actual Labor yet for this job but am assuming the Actual Labor would not get updated as from what I read only Labor transactions going forward from time the rate was overridden would be applied the new rate. Still need to test this.
***UPDATE: I tested overriding a labor rate on a Job opr that had Actual Labor prior to the update and as expected the Actual Labor Costs were not updated.
