Outlook drag and drop emails- Epicor 64 attachments

Hi all,

Does anyone know or had issues regarding drag and drop emails in Epicor10 64 bits , when i try using epicor 32 bit it works fine.

Outlook seems to be in 64 bit , should this be a problem?

We worked for months with Epicor and never found an answer. I’m no longer at that job.
