I have a Windows ME computer whichruns fine with the exception of Internet Explorer. When calling up a website that requires something to be typed in, I am unable to enter in any information using a keyboard, or able to point and click a mouse to a place to enter information. However clicking on a link works fine. I tried to uninstall it, but it does not allow me to go to control panel, giving me a Internet explorer error. any words of advise?
