Thanks for the information everyone on syncing outlook between two computers. I see that my outlook.pst file is about 120MB. I found a shareware program on the internet (recommended by Microsoft) called "Outback Plus". With it you can backup and restore Outlook in one simple step. It not only backs up (and compresses - to 69MB in my case) the .pst file, but also any other settings, options, etc. in Outlook that you choose. It names the backup file by date/time if you prefer, and you can schedule it to work behind the scenes.
Double-click on a backup file to restore Outlook (on this computer or another computer).
There is no expiration on the shareware, and costs $30 to register it.

Troy, Mark has a good idea, if both computers have access to a network. If
not the export option is under File > Import Export.
Export to a file, you can select what portions to export. A PST would work.
Then import it.
