Order not showing in Fulfillment Workbench

Odd issue here, we have three orders that won’t show data when we open “Reserve / Allocate” from Order Entry Actions menu. They also can’t be searched in Fulfillment Workbench if we open it manually.

These are all stocked items in our inventory. I’ve checked the orders; They are open (Header / Line / Release) with no shipments against them. The correct Site & Warehouse is selected, and they are not a drop-ship nor make-direct.

Other orders from the same customer for the same part numbers are working fine.

Are both Ready to Process and Ready to Fulfil ticked on Order Entry?

Regards
Mark

Mark,

Ready to Process is checked on both. I’ve never seen a Ready to Fulfill
box on Order Entry. Where is it?

On Summary tab just below the Ready to Process checkbox. Also can be found on the Header tab in same spot.

Randy, as Beth described but I remember now that only appeared with the upgrade to 10.1, if you’re on 10.0 it won’t be there.

Yeah, we’re live on 10.0 still

Ah, we are on 10.1. I couldn’t remember when it first appeared.

No worries Beth.

Does anyone know all the tables Fulfillment Workbench uses for Order from stock?

Make sure your order releases have a ship date. If they do not, they will not appear in the FWB

did you manage to resolve this @Randy ?

situation we are experiencing is same as you. all order release data such as ship by date, ready to fulfil, ready to process, open release, part info are ok. still not showing up in FWB.

close the release and re-opening the release (or) changing the ship by date something else, save it and put it back to actual date is the work around as of now in our case.

we are in 10.1.500.8

Same in our case, we did the “changing the ship by dates on the Release(s)” as our workaround.

Gents,

I found your post in researching a problem. We’re on 10.2.300. One of my shipping people was using FW to produce a list of units to pull for shipment. FW search produced a list of units. When she clicked ‘Select All’ (highlights all rows) and then OK … nothing was retrieved into FW. She works alongside another shipper who does not experience this issue. Is there a permissions issue I need to fix?
