Anyone ever see this happen to a screen? Basically every box that can light up, shows on the screen regardless of any underlying data. The only thing that the user reports is taking a phone call through RingCentral, then this happens to the screen randomly. Which sounds COMPLETELY unrelated, however the user is remote quite a bit so who knows. Last time was a week and a half ago, and again today. Any ideas?
Did you try calling an exorcist yet?

I wonder what the underlying data looks like in the database. Does a reboot clear the Christmas Tree?
User reports that she clears the order, then reloads the record. Order is no longer closed, or any of the incorrect statuses. Christmas tree no more. Issue disappears for another random interval

I’ve seen the Christmas tree before when opening up a configurator, but it only lasts for half a second until the configurator is fully loaded.
Sounds like a “loose wire” somewhere! Static electricity???
