Order Entry "Confirm" box

On the Summary tab of Order Entry, as soon as I enter a Customer ID to create a new Sales Order, a green “Confirm” box appears in the upper right of the window. It’s not clickable, it doesn’t show up in Customization, and I can’t find it referenced anywhere in education documentation or help. It also appears on the Header sheet. Does anyone know what this means?

If I’m not mistaken, as soon you’re printing the Sales Order Acknowlkedgement report, it disappears. Kind of a reminder…

If you uncheck “Acknowledgment” in Customer Maintenance>Detail then that green box won’t display.
