I don’t get it.
If I open Order Entry with Developer mode turned ON, the comment boxes align perfectly:
If I open Order Entry with Developer mode turned OFF, the comment boxes no longer align:

Do either of those comment fields auto-size when the form window is made wider / narrower?
Also, you choosing an un-personalized customization in developer mode?
Negative, the boxes stay a fixed size even if the window is resized.
Correct, no personalizations in play.
Comparing the properties of the two Epicor Group boxes, they mirror each other besides name, id, etc…
When things look different between Dev mode and not, I always offer to close Epicor and delete the C:\ProgramData\Epicor*-808 folder. This is what “Clear Client Cache” is supposed to do.
Bizarrely, I fixed that via a hint in another thread by setting UseAppStyling to false, saving the customization, exiting, editing the customization again, setting UseAppStyling to true and now it lines up perfectly all the time, every time. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Now to figure out how to get the left sidebar to remember its width - same trick didn’t work there.
