When we pull in a certain part into a Job and get all the engineering in it, one of the operations is automatically auto completed. Ideas on what can be causing this? Nothing looks out of place, but my luck is it would be a simple checkbox! LOL!
Can you show us your settings on the operation?
I’m guess that your quantity/per parent being .00102880 is getting rounded down to 0.

In all seriousness, I’ve never understood why you would have anything other than 1 operation per part. If you are doing 1/972, why wouldn’t you just report 972…
Engineers say no. Asked that already. Interestingly though, we have many of our parts engineered like this and this is the only one causing problems.
Did you check your labor transactions on that operation? I’m assuming there are none?

What happens if you change that qty?
No it’s the time. The ProdStd and Setup is 0.

I don’t think it’s the rounding, I did a test with an even smaller amount and it doesn’t say completed.
