Hi anyone knows how does this calculate in Epicor?
Sorry I don’t have specifics for the RDD.
Have you tried EpicCare, if they still maintain answerbooks on reports like this?
For now I some old notes on customer statement…
TBD if they contain anything useful…
- Parameters:
- Begin Date: The date that begins the statement period.
All invoices paid before this date will not be displayed on this form. - End Date: The date that ends the statement period.
All invoices created after this date are not displayed on this form.
The End Date is also used as the Aging Date on the form.
3.) If you are looking to provide a report to your customer showing only activity (invoice, payment and credits) you will run the Statement report by using the dates within that month.
4.) If you are looking to provide a report that shows your customer their aging and possibly overdue invoices, you will run the Statements by using the dates from the next month as your report controls .This will show the aging according to what is due or over due. - The Customer Statement provides information on the Customers transactions including: invoices, credit invoices and cash receipts. When creating the report specifications for the Customer Statement, such as the items listed below, the criteria might include or exclude information, when being compared to the Aging Report. e.g. running the Customer Statement from Jan 1 thru July 31 and then the aging report for the same time period.
- Reasons why the aging on Customer Statements do not match to the values on the customer tracker:
- Aging report may have been run using the Due Date vs Invoice Date
- The aging report reduces or removes invoices at the time of payment (real time). Therefore removing or dropping information from the report. While the Customer Statement tracks all transactions to the customer record during this time period.
