We added some customization to a few entry screens, e.g. Order Entry, and we want users to use the customize version, so we removed the default Order Entry screen from the menu. Now our users are getting an error if they are on another screen, e.g. Customer Entry, and from the Customer ID field they right-click and select ‘Open with - Order Entry’.

Where can I change the options for ‘Open With’?

Context menu maintenance

In the pict below, change the Process ID (the menu ID in menu maint.) to a menu ID that specifies the customization you want.

PS: don’t forget customization mode checkbox, as needed!

Some people have the option in Order Entry to open with Customer Credit Manager and some don't

Select the Customization Mode check box. When you create a custom context menu in this mode, your context menu changes are available to all users. Deselect the Customization Mode check box. When you create a custom context menu in this mode, your context menu changes are only available for the current user.
