Is it possible to do a 1 time quote to a customer that is not loaded into our system?
I don’t believe it is. You’ll need to have something to put in there.
A workaround would be to create a customer record that is just “Generic Customer” so you can make a quote without having actual customer information. Then later, you could change the customer to a real one if you needed to.
This would make this harder to track, but I get the point of just being able to get quick pricing information.

Thats what I thought. I think my boss is confusing one time customer with one time contact.
