One Sales Order, One Pack and One Invoice

Hi,
Epicor do consolidate multiple picked Sales Order into one pack. Which at the end create Invoice.

I want one pack for one sales order. How can i achieve this in Epicor.

I believe that the settings you are interested in are on the CUSTOMER record. You can enable/disable the combining of packslips onto one invoice. Check out the field help on these checkboxes to read more. Here is a screenshot from Kinetic 2021.1. These same fields are in E10 Classic on the Billing tab.

Thanks for your reply.
But still if i open Customer Shipment Entry then go to picked orders. I end up creating one packing slip for more than one order for specific customer.
