An old, completed, and closed job (from like 2 years ago) keeps getting its job traveler printed in the “mass print” run of newly released jobs. I do not see it in the printer’s actual queue, nor is there a matching entry in the system monitor under “active tasks.”
Anyone else experience similar and find a way to stop it?

Hi John, I had this issue with reports before and it was always a personalization. Try restoring the defaults and see if that fixes it.
