Office MES / Clock In

That's my problem, that fixed it.
also, you have to log out and back in to Vantage (of course) to see the change.

Thank you!

Go to System Management>Security Maintenance> User Security
Pull up the User ID the Shop Employee is connected to
Go to the Company tab and (assuming one company) click on the
EMPLOYEE dropdown and attach the Shop Employee to the User ID.

It is kind of a reverse scenario as attaching the User ID to the Shop
Employee and then clocking into MES.

Hope this helps.

I can't use the Clock In or Office MES applets located in Production management -> Data collection -> General Operations

I used Shop Employee to associate Vantage logon with employee ID, but on opening the Clock In, the 'Enter Employee ID:' box is greyed out
opening Office MES and a popup says 'No Employee attached to user Anthony Hughes'

We license everything under the sun in Vantage, am I missing something else?

A long shot, but old messages I recall seeing indicated name spelling has to be absolutely exactly the same or things don't match up. Maybe check Active Directory name spelling versus Employee table spelling?
